With an avid passion for everything food, I started working for a premier kosher caterer in New York at a very young age and enjoyed everything I have learnt while working for Main Event-Mauzone Caterers for almost 7 years. When another gourmet caterer from the South Shore of Long Island was looking to open up an off-premise division, I was selected to help Genadeen Caterers of the Sephardic Temple in Cedarhurst blossom to be a real figure in the scene. Kotimsky & Tuchman Caterers was one of the oldest kosher caterers and looking for a partner to help them grow, and I partnered with them for several years as they grew to be a major player and firm that helped shape the food scene in the Tri-State area. With a passion for retail as well, I was selected to be the General Manager of Pomegranate Supermarket in Brooklyn, NY which is the foremost upscale kosher Supermarket, while helping them create each and every department to be a success in each and every way.Working with many Passover, Shavuot and High-Holiday program around the world from Aruba, Arizona, Florida, New York and beyond, I bring my passion and love of food to all the guests that will truly enjoy gourmet cuisine and an elegantly run program.Kosher Guru, which is my latest venture, is now the leading blogger, media and marketing company that helps bring anything and everything Kosher to the masses.
