Shuey Gordon
Very few people have crystal clear clarity as to how to best harness their strengths and G-d given talents to achieve excellence in their chosen discipline as well as to add to the quality of peoples’ lives in their own unique way, Shuey Gordon is fortunate to be one such person.
Shuey’s appreciation of aesthetic beauty and his unique talent in preparing high end food dishes in his own unique classy style, was the catalyst to his hands on training in the culinary industry. From the humble beginnings working in the kitchen at Pat’s Restaurant to assisting the likes of Michael Schick at Pesach Programs, Shuey finally got his break when he was introduced to Eric Greenspan, one of the most respected and renowned chef’s in America.
Eric attended the acclaimed Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris and went on to train in New York with such celebrated chefs as Alain Ducasse, David Bouley and Rocco DeSpirito, as well as apprenticing at three-star Michelin chef Ferran Adria’s El Bulli in Rosas, Spain. Shuey’s apprenticeship with Eric has evolved over the years to a point where Eric has begun grooming Shuey to spearhead his own kosher hospitality business.
